Violence in the Workplace - Employee
Violence in the Workplace – Employee outlines your business code of conduct and
its position on violence in the workplace. The material in this training course
will focus on how employees can safeguard themselves against potential bullying
and violence and what to do in the event intimidation or violence does occur. For
employees who make service calls, there is information on how to prevent incidents
during service calls and/or travel.

Violence in the Workplace - Manager outlines the company’s legal responsibility
in preventing violence in the work place. They will learn how they can safeguard
your operation to protect both your employees and your company assets. How to react
in the event of violence is also discussed. Managers should also take Violence in

Diversity - Employees
Diversity training for your employees outlines the legal aspects of discrimination
and your company’s position. All employees should be treated with dignity and respect.
Focus will be on understanding and benefiting from the similarities and differences
of all employees. Employees will learn how to be culturally sensitive in this diverse
labor force and how to improve cross-cultural communication.
Diversity - Managers
Diversity training for managers outlines the legal aspects of discrimination and
your company’s position from the management perspective. All employees should be
treated with dignity and respect. Focus will be on understanding and benefiting
from the similarities and differences of all employees. Managers will learn how
to be culturally sensitive in this diverse labor force and how to improve cross-cultural
communication as well as work with employees who speak English as a second language.
Managers will discover how to motivate and obtain satisfactory levels of performance
from a diverse group of employees.
