Content Development
Our Content Development Teams have a broad base of experience creating scripts and
modules on very diverse subject matter.
We have created courses covering computer software, machine operation and maintenance,
medical topics, a variety of safety courses, financial security procedures, food
safety and sanitation, and HR concerns like Sexual Harassment, Diversity, Violence
in the Workplace and of course, Customer Service.
The team is accustomed to working in a variety of methods. We have worked from existing
documents, manuals and/or brochures, previously produced videos, audio recording
of phone conversations – just about any source you can imagine.
Our team works closely with you, without tying up a lot of your time, to create
exactly what you want. You approve the script before your project moves to post‐production.
